The Evening · Celebration

The yoga of devotion

A Kirtan and Satsang with sacred-chant artist Adam Bauer is a deep immersion in Bhakti — the yoga of devotion, a blissful union of hearts and voices carried on a current of music and love. With his warm baritone voice and sonorous harmonium, Adam leads with a gentle, grounded energy, guiding everyone present to profound levels of conscious awareness.

Tara joins Adam with a prayer-performance rooted in her thirteen years of living in India, devoted to Indian classical dance. Together we travel to the mystical temples of India and embody the sacred through devotional music and dance.

This is a non-profit evening. Proceeds go to the artists and to Kolkata Relief — a Portuguese NGO, highly effective and radically transparent, which cares for homeless and slum families of Kolkata, India. Donation QR codes are available at the event.
